EWGT 2020 – How to register
EWGT 2020 will be a hybrid conference.
All conference participants can register online via the conference registration system. On-site registration at the conference venue will also be available.

Regular registration (physical presence) includes:
- Conference attendance
- Inclusion of up to two extended-abstract papers in the conference program. These papers will be included in the program for oral presentation and the abstracts will appear in the book of abstracts of the conference.
- One full 8-page paper upload to be included in the Transportation Research Procedia (if the full paper was accepted). Additional papers require additional regular registrations.
- One banquet ticket
- Daily coffee breaks and buffet lunches
- Access to the welcome reception.
Student registration includes:
- conference attendance
- one banquet ticket
- daily coffee breaks and lunches
- access to the welcome reception
- No paper/abstract uploads are covered by student registrations.
Proof of status is required during the registration process.

Over-length page fees: Note that paper-length is limited to 8 pages + up to 2 extra pages (for a maximum length of 10 pages). Extra pages are at a cost of €100 (each).
Cancellations/Refunds
All refund requests, if applicable, must be made via email to: synedrio@topkinisis.com, on or before August 16, 2020. NO REFUNDS will be made after this date.
- Each uploaded paper/abstract should be linked to one registration.
- After uploading a paper no refunding is possible.
- Cancellations are subject to €90 administrative fee.
- Cancellation requests can be submitted until August 16,2020.
- Transferring a registration is possible, please contact the secretariat via email for further information.
